Custom Dextroluma for my sister :^)
This is also to show that Dextros are allowed pets! Yess, they have little companions~

This penguin has a story though, I will just write down a quick thing about it (my sister's orders)
*ahem*

The penguin is called Pengu (RL reference since all the penguin plushies she's had are called Pengu xD) It's very shy, chirpy and playful. However, it gets nervous around new people and if they go to pet it tends to pee. So watch out ;o
